Shipping and Returns
We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within three business days of purchase, if not sooner. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Our standard ship method is UPS SurePost. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Durham, NC and will arrive within about 5-10 business days. Shipping is available within the U.S. only; no international orders are accepted. To inquire about the status of your shipment, contact Customer Service.
We do offer expedited shipping rates, but the order will need to be placed via phone by 12pm Eastern Standard Time if the order is to be shipped that day. Expedited shipping costs are below.

Return / Exchange Policy
Returns: Stabil accepts returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and a brief note that includes your contact information. If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt and processing for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card. If the product was purchased from a third party, please allow 8-10 weeks from when our facility receives the package for processing.
Exchanges: Stabil offers a 90 day warranty on all of our products against manufacturer’s defects (this does not include natural wear and tear). Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only.
